Registration: First you have to complete – and sign – an application form and send it to us, so that we can take your needs into account when we plan out the exhibition space.

Placement planning starts 6 February 2012: The chances of getting what you want in terms of space are higher if you get your application to us before 6 February 2012 – that´s the date we start the first stage of planning the space in the halls. Most of the available space gets allocated during this phase.

Placement offer: Once we receive your application, we look to see if we can accommodate your request and we then make you an offer of a space (June 2012 at the earliest).

Admission: If you confirm acceptance of our placement offer within the deadline, you are then officially admitted as an exhibitor at drinktec 2013.
